Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 24x7 operational support for Mobile Wallet applications.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Java applications on Apache/Tomcat servers.
  • Develop and maintain Bash/Perl/Python shell scripts for automation and monitoring.
  • Configure and manage Grafana dashboards for system monitoring.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Unix/Linux environments, including clustering, high availability, and load balancing.
  • Manage and optimize RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle, Influx) and write efficient SQL queries.
  • Configure and monitor AKS/EKS for container orchestration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for issue resolution and upgrades.
  • Ensure application stability and performance post-deployment.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.

Essential Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Apache/Tomcat and Java applications.
  • Strong scripting skills: Bash, Perl, Python, Shell.
  • Experience with Grafana for monitoring.
  • Knowledge of AKS/EKS (Azure/AWS Kubernetes services).
  • Proficiency in Unix/Linux troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with MySQL / Oracle / InfluxDB and SQL queries.
  • Understanding of Telecom domain, GSM architecture, VAS, SIP, and 4G networks.
  • Basic networking concepts, protocols, and topologies.

Additional Skills

  • Knowledge of Cloud Architecture (Azure or AWS).
  • Understanding of Mobile Wallet functionality and charging platform flows.
