Position Summary
HORIBA India is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical and Marketing Communications Specialist to join its fast-paced marketing team. This role will play a critical part in developing and executing marketing communication strategies to strengthen HORIBA's brand presence and customer engagement in the Materials and Semiconductor business segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aimed at increasing awareness, generating leads, and enhancing customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Technical Teams to create targeted messaging and focused marcom.
- Manage and maintain the India HORIBA MarCom calendar, ensuring timely and consistent campaign execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external creative agencies for the design and production of marketing collateral, ensuring compliance with HORIBA brand standards.
- Develop and deliver marketing content including landing pages, digital assets, multimedia, print collateral (brochures, flyers), and event communication materials.
- Support marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness.
- Prepare, monitor, and track the annual MarCom budget, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.
- Ensure all marketing communications adhere to corporate brand and identity guidelines.
- Analyze and report DGFT data to gain market knowledge
Qualifications and Experience
- Masters/bachelor's degree in science
- 8+ years of professional experience in Marketing Communications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
- Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration with sales/applications/tech teams
- Working knowledge of marketing automation tools and campaign analytics.
- Basic understanding of HTML, print production, and graphic design principles.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g. Salesforce).
- Experience in Academic or Industrial Marketing.
- Prior experience communicating scientific or technical content.
- Exposure to international marketing coordination and cross-cultural collaboration.
