Tasks
- To establish a single point of contact with customers
- Generating an RFQ
- To lead Concept Designing
- Make 2-3 design options as solution
- Customer mapping
- Interact with customer andunderstand pain areas /the need
- Lead NPD from inquiry to PPAP
- Providing Technical/commercial proposals/solutions in line with customer requirement for New products or existing products
- Price finalization and customer negotiations
- Prepare and submit quote as per customer timeline
- Tracking of various development projects till the completion stage
- To review and address customer grievances in 2-2-2-2 by coordinating the CQC (Customer quality complaint) resolution. Prepare CAPA reports and submit to the customer.
- Creating technical awareness among the customers for product in various campaign
- Customer relationship management
- Review of product related field issues
- Exploring new business opportunities with the existing customers
- Introduction of new products and technologies
- Technical Assistance to After Market Team
- Value engineering
- Conducting IQAs on customer vehicles/equipment for all new products.
- Support to brand manager for customer specific technical promotional activities
- Settling commercial activities like pending payments or transactional issues and recovery and reconciliation

- Application Engineering, Basic Engine, Filtration Basics
- Diesel engine and its application on equipments
