Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Marketing Manager based in Tiruppur. The Technical Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies that integrate technical knowledge with business objectives. Daily tasks include coordinating with Sales teams for market insights, collaborating with Product Management to ensure alignment with customer needs, and working with Research and Development (R&D) teams to stay informed of product advancements. The role also involves managing projects related to technical marketing initiatives and communicating technical solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Marketing and Sales, with the ability to connect technical product features to customer needs and market demands
• Knowledge and experience in Product Management to support product development and positioning strategies
• Strong capabilities in Research and Development (R&D) and Project Management to collaborate effectively with technical teams and lead marketing projects to completion
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of the industrial coatings market or related industry experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment
