12+ years of hands-on experience managing Industrial Automation Projects on Embedded domain.
Should have the experience working on Embedded, Industrial domains with proposals, Prospect calls, Escalation handling
Managing multiple teams with complete end-end development experience to work along with the team
Extremely good communication skills to manage customers Proven record of delivering project/products successfully desired.
very good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology.
Experience in Embedded Design,Development in C, C++ for microcontrollers and embedded ARM-based processors.
Good understanding of low-level drivers, communication protocols, and real-time firmware for microcontrollers and processors.
Experience with cloud-connected devices - AWS or Azure
Knowledge of Baremetal , RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, or similar) and Linux.
Embedded Protocols - UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, BLE, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet.
Industrial - Modbus, BACnet, ProfiNet, OPCUA
