Key Responsibilities
- Mechanical engineer with experience in working and maintenance of Upstream & Downstream rotary machines(Reciprocating/Centrifugal Compressors, Gas turbine, Steam turbine, Blowers, Motor, Pumps, Generators etc).
- Engineer shall be competent to review P&ID, instrument list, PFDs and data sheets.
- Engineer shall be able to develop anomaly Report, understand Machine fault, provide possible causes & recommendation.
- ISO Category II/III Vibration analyst.
- Strong expertise in advanced vibration analysis, rotor dynamics, oil analysis and thermal imaging.
- Good knowledge in interpreting multi parameter data (vibration, process, seal etc)
- Develop predictive maintenance strategies
- Analyze trends to improve MTBF and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Perform RCA for major breakdown.
- Expert in data analytics tool.
Work Experience
- Knowledge on working and maintenance procedures of upstream and downstream rotary machines(10+).
- Familiarized with monitoring tools like System 1, AVEVA PRiSM, GE SmartSignal, Emerson AMS
