Technical Manager - Structural

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Manager - Structural to lead technical excellence across structural engineering projects. The role requires strong expertise in structural design, analysis, quality review, engineering procedures, and mentoring teams while driving innovation and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and review structural engineering designs, calculations, and technical deliverables
• Provide technical guidance and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Ensure compliance with international codes, standards, and engineering best practices
• Support project teams in resolving complex technical challenges
• Oversee quality control processes for drawings, calculations, and specifications
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and external stakeholders
• Mentor and guide engineering teams to enhance technical capabilities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and engineering process optimization

Required Skills & Experience

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering
• 12+ years of structural engineering experience
• Strong expertise in structural analysis and design of steel/RCC/industrial/commercial structures
• Hands-on experience with STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, Tekla, AutoCAD, or similar tools
• Deep understanding of international structural codes and standards
• Strong problem-solving and technical review capability
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• PE / C.Eng certification preferred

• Experience in design review, technical consulting, or engineering quality management
• Exposure to global engineering projects and multidisciplinary coordination
• Experience mentoring teams and driving technical best practices
