We are looking for a deeply hands-on Technical Manager in Design Verification who will serve as the technical owner of full-chip DV across multiple high-impact AI silicon programs.

What You'll Do

• Own full-chip verification architecture and sign-off for complex AI SoCs
• Drive verification from spec definition execution first-silicon success
• Architect scalable UVM/SystemVerilog environments for billion-cycle SoC validation
• Lead verification of high-performance protocols and fabrics, including

PCIe Gen5/6/7, USB3/USB4, high-speed Ethernet, coherent interconnects (CHI or similar)

• Define coverage strategy, protocol checkers, assertions, and closure methodology
• Debug system-level failures across RTL, firmware, coherency, and I/O subsystems
• Partner closely with architecture and RTL teams to influence micro-architecture for verifiability and performance
• Drive silicon readiness metrics and post-silicon escape prevention

Minimum Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on SoC/IP Design Verification experience
• Proven ownership of full-chip DV for large-scale SoCs through tape-out
• Expert in SystemVerilog, UVM, coverage-driven verification, assertions
• Deep protocol expertise in PCIe, USB, Ethernet, CHI/coherent fabrics
• Strong system-level debug and root cause analysis skills
• Experience working across architecture, design, firmware, and performance teams
