Technical Manager ( Application ) - Cooling Towers and Boilers in Water treatment Chemical

Working Zone: Cooling Towers and Boilers

1. Carry out on-site service visits to the clients, follow the visit schedules.

2. Provide routine support to the Sales team in the site observation and optimization.

3. Sampling, testing and reporting the system water samples.

4. Conduct on-site assessments and gather data to develop tailored treatment solutions for cooling tower and boiler water treatment

5. Check and Inspect the Chemical dosing systems at client sites (cooling towers/Boilers)

6. Site chemical inventory management and report to the management for the re-ordering

7. Interpret the data and provide written recommendations to ensure the treatments are as per the requirement.

8. Provide technical support to customers, identify, root-cause analysis, troubleshooting and escalating as required

9. Prepare Technical reports and timely submission to the client

10. Assist Sales team with plant surveys, start-up of the new accounts and applications

11. Follow safety standards and incident reporting.

Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree/Diploma Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

2. 2-5 years of Service in water treatment chemicals application in various water treatment systems preferably in Cooling Systems and Boilers at various industries

3. Knowledge of water treatment Chemicals

4. Excellent communication skills

5. Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently and in cross-functional team

6. Experience in Computers (MS Office )

7. Ability to travel (80%) to visit client sites and monitoring the systems.
