What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Hands-on expertise with Palo Alto Networks technologies including Prisma Access, Prisma SD-WAN, and Next-Gen Firewalls.
- Solid experience with Cisco Switching & Wireless solutions.
- Strong grasp of SD-WAN, LAN/WLAN architectures, and firewall configurations.
- Proven track record in incident management and change control processes.
- Professional certifications like PCNSA, PCNSE, CCNP R&S, or CCNP Wireless are highly valued.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in a global support environment, with exposure to ITIL processes and ticketing tools.
- Hands-on support for international clients or experience in SASE operations.
- A technical qualification such as B.E./B.Tech/MCA/Engineering Diploma in a relevant field.
