Technical Leader – Applications

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable application systems in collaboration with SMEs

• Drive technical strategy across coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices

• Manage end-to-end technical design and solution architecture for applications

• Act as a hands-on technical leader contributing to coding and problem-solving

• Coach and mentor development teams through code reviews and best practices

• Identify and remove technical blockers to ensure smooth project delivery

• Collaborate with Product Owners to align technical solutions with roadmap priorities

• Define reusable and scalable components for enterprise applications

• Promote Agile/Scrum practices and support backlog management and story creation

• Research and implement emerging technologies and engineering improvements

• Monitor system performance and optimize cost, productivity, and scalability

• Provide technical roadmap guidance and ensure high-quality engineering delivery
