Job Description
Operations & L3 Support
Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server 2012R2/2016/2019/2022 (core & GUI) across physical and virtual platforms (VMware/HyperV).
Handle P1/P2 incidents, root cause analysis (RCA), problem management, service restoration, and preventive actions.
Manage and optimize clustered services (Failover Clustering), DFS, IIS, NLB, and file/print services.
Active Directory & Identity
Support AD DS (multi-site), DNS, DHCP, GPO, OU design, delegated administration, AD Health checks, and ADCS basics.
End-to-end Windows patch orchestration via WSUS/SCCM/MECM/Intune, including ring strategy, compliance reporting, and rollback.
Maintain server build standards (gold images), CIS-aligned baselines, and security hardening.
Virtualization & Backup
Manage VMware vSphere/ESXi or Hyper-V (VM lifecycle, vMotion/DRS, templates, snapshots, performance tuning).
Coordinate backups & restores with tools like Veeam/Commvault; validate RPO/RTO and DR runbooks. Windows,Active Directory
