Technical Lead

Job Summary:

The Technical Lead is responsible for designing and developing product modules and features, using best software development practices. We seek a highly competent and self-motivated individual for this role, who will lead modules and take complete ownership from design to delivery for both technical and execution fronts. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to analyze and troubleshoot production issues. Additionally, the Technical Lead will mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and assist in designing large-scale distributed applications using a modern enterprise tech stack.

Requirements:

BE/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or related fields.

9+ years of experience in software development.

Expertise in .NET Framework/.NET Core and Microservices.

Proficient in Angular (directives, controllers, services).

Strong knowledge of SQL Server and MongoDB/Azure Cosmos DB.

Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure (App Service, Functions, Service Bus, Blob Storage, Monitoring).

Familiar with Elasticsearch, Redis/MemCache, and Event-driven programming.

Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.

Experience with TDD/BDD frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

Proficient with Git/Azure Cloud and Scrum methodologies.

Familiar with Docker and containerized applications.

Quick learner with strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred: Experience in a product-based company.
