Lead all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery including: Application UI Configuration, Workflow Configuration
Design, configure and customize Service Now platform for client to implement/sustain the following modules – Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Configuration Management (CMDB), Change Management, Release Management, Asset Management, Service Catalog etc.
Integrate Service Now with other corporate applications via web services, mid server, email etc.
Development of required client specific custom reporting
Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, ADFS, SailPoint, Ping, etc.)
Interface with ServiceNow technical teams such as Cloud Infrastructure to successfully set-up the SaaS platform
Be a key member of the overall implementation project team
Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables that are technology related
Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences
Requirements
Proven experience in leading development and implementation of Service Now solutions.
Advanced exposure to scripting on Service Now platform – Glide, Jelly, AJAX etc.
Experience with integration using Web Services, middleware etc.
Multiple end to end Service Now implementation exposure.
Proven experience working with other SAAS solutions/platforms.
Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, XSL, Web Services, etc.)
Able to Read and understands XML schemas
Solid understanding of SaaS, client server architecture, SOA and web services concepts
Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies
Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong interpersonal skills; customer-centric attitude; ability to deal with cultural diversity
