Job Description

Key Responsibilities Team & Technical Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional team of .Net, React, Node.js, and Python(Optional) developers.

Drive engineering best practices including code quality, design patterns, automated testing, CI/CD, and cloud-native principles.

Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development plans for engineers.

Translate product requirements into technical designs, architecture, and actionable sprint plans. Product Strategy & Innovation

Collaborate with the CTO to conceptualize and architect futuristic digital marketing products that leverage ML/AI and data-driven automation.

Own technical feasibility analysis and propose innovative solutions, frameworks, and architecture patterns.

Explore and integrate advanced digital marketing technologies, APIs, and analytics tools. Digital Marketing Technology Expertise

Implement and optimize workflows involving Google Cloud, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Looker Studio, Pub/Sub, etc.

Deep working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, event modeling, tracking strategy, measurement frameworks, and data pipelines.

Work with data engineers and analysts to build scalable data ingestion, transformation, and reporting layers for Digital Marketing. Project & Delivery Management

Own end-to-end delivery of product modules: architecture development testing deployment monitoring.

Coordinate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure timely releases. Manage sprint planning, backlog refinement, and ensure smooth Agile processes.

Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and cross-team coordination. Hands-On Contribution

Write clean, maintainable code when required (React/Node.js/Python).

Review code, optimize performance, and ensure smooth production deployments.

Troubleshoot complex issues in cloud workflows, APIs, or analytics integrations. ________________________________________

Required Skills & Qualifications

610+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 23 years in a team/tech lead role.

Full-stack development expertise (mandatory) o Frontend: React, TypeScript, Redux/State Mgmt o Backend: .Net,Node.js, SQL, Python(Optional) o APIs: REST, GraphQL

Ability to translate marketing requirements into scalable tech solutions.

Proven track record of leading teams and delivering high-quality products.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with senior leadership, including the CTO.

Optional Skills:

Solid knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP)preferably BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, IAM, Cloud Build, Pub/Sub.

Experience architecting and scaling distributed systems or data-heavy applications.

Understanding of GA4, event taxonomies, GTM setups, data schemas, marketing attribution concepts, and analytics tools.
