Technical Lead – Full Stack Development (Provider Domain)

Location: Offshore (Hyderabad, India) – Hybrid

Experience: 8–10 years

Only Immediate joiners preferred.

Scheduled Weekend Drive : 26 September 2026 in Hyderabad

Skillset: Provider Domain, Full Stack Development (.NET/C#, React/Angular), AWS, Healthcare Interoperability (HL7, FHIR, X12 EDI), Go, AI-Assisted Engineering

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Delivery

• Lead technical design, development, and delivery of full stack provider domain applications using .NET/C# (ASP.NET Core, Web API) and React or Angular.
• Set technical direction for the offshore engineering team: define component designs, review architecture choices, conduct code reviews, and enforce quality standards.
• Translate functional and non-functional requirements from onshore product and business teams into well-structured technical designs and implementation plans.
• Lead sprint-level delivery: break down epics and stories into tasks, assign and track work across the team, and remove technical blockers.
• Drive test automation coverage across unit, integration, and end-to-end test layers to meet quality gates.
• Coordinate with DevOps and cloud engineering on CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes on AWS EKS), and infrastructure-as-code.
• Lead technical root-cause analysis for incidents and defects and drive sustainable fixes and preventive measures.
• Mentor and guide mid-level and junior engineers on technical practices, code quality, and provider domain knowledge.

Provider Domain Expertise

• Apply deep understanding of provider domain workflows — credentialing, network management, provider directory, roster management, and provider-payer contracting — to design technically sound and domain-accurate solutions.
• Implement and maintain integrations with healthcare interoperability standards including FHIR R4 Provider Directory APIs, HL7 v2, and X12 EDI transactions (270/271, 837P).
• Ensure all solutions are designed with HIPAA-compliant data handling, audit logging, and access control patterns appropriate for provider and member data.
• Partner with onshore Senior Manager and architects to review provider domain requirements and surface technical risks or trade-offs early.

Collaboration & Communication

• Serve as the primary offshore technical point of contact for the onshore Senior Manager, architects, and client delivery teams.
• Communicate clearly and proactively on technical progress, risks, and blockers in written and verbal form across time zones.
• Participate in onshore/offshore standups, design sessions, and architecture reviews, providing technical input and representing the offshore team.
• Contribute to estimation, sprint planning, and technical scoping for new features and change requests.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a Technical Lead or senior engineering role.
• Strong proficiency in .NET/C# (ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework Core) and at least one modern front-end framework (React, Angular, or Blazor).
• Solid hands-on experience with AWS services including ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, Lambda, SQS/SNS, and API Gateway.
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices with strong attention to security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Proficient in SQL Server or PostgreSQL: schema design, query optimization, and stored procedure development.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD toolchains (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), containerization (Docker), and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns (CQRS, Repository, Mediator), SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills for effective onshore/offshore collaboration.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments with cross-functional, distributed teams.

AI-Assisted Engineering (Required)

• Demonstrated, consistent use of AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent) for code generation, refactoring, test writing, and documentation.
• Able to identify and implement opportunities where AI assistance meaningfully accelerates delivery or improves quality — and coaches team members to do the same.
• Basic practical understanding of AI/LLM integration patterns: REST-based LLM API calls, RAG pipelines, prompt design, and embedding-based search, relevant to provider directory and credentialing use cases.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the US healthcare provider domain: provider credentialing, network management, provider directory, provider contracting, and payer-provider data exchange.
• Hands-on experience with FHIR R4 APIs (Da Vinci PDex Plan-Net or equivalent), HL7 v2 message parsing/generation, and X12 EDI transaction processing.
• Familiarity with CAQH, PECOS, or other provider data source integrations.
• AWS Certified Developer – Associate or equivalent cloud certification.
• Experience with GraphQL APIs alongside REST.

Familiarity with event-driven architecture using Kafka or AWS EventBridge
