Your role

Mission

This role is critical for overseeing the technical aspects of the SharePoint & Power platform environment, ensuring that best practices are followed, and leading the team in implementing new features and solutions.

To architect and lead transformative digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint, driving enterprise-wide collaboration, automation, and data insights. This role ensures technical excellence, platform scalability, and continuous innovation aligned with business goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Architect Solutions: Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online.
  • Lead Technical Strategy: Define and enforce development standards, governance models, and best practices across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide developers, analysts, and administrators conduct code reviews and ensure quality delivery.
  • Process Automation: Identify opportunities for automation and digitization of business processes using low-code/no-code tools.
  • Data Integration: Oversee integration of Power Platform with external systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Azure, SQL, REST APIs).
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure platform security, data privacy, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units to gather requirements, propose solutions, and manage expectations.
  • Troubleshooting & Optimization: Resolve complex technical issues and optimize performance across solutions.
  • Innovation & R&D: Stay ahead of Microsoft roadmap updates and emerging technologies to recommend strategic enhancements.
To succeed, you will need

Experience: 8+Years

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Preferred certifications:
    • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
    • Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer or Administrator
    • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or Solutions Architect
