Technical Lead - SFDC

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
• Architect data models and ingestion pipelines for unified customer profiles.
• Integrate Data Cloud with Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) and other MarTech platforms for activation and personalization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, efficient solutions.
• Guide development teams in building reusable components, automation scripts, and workflows.
• Ensure data quality, performance optimization, and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
• Troubleshoot complex data and integration issues across platforms.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical standards and best practices.
• Support audience creation, segmentation, and journey orchestration workflows.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to roadmap planning for Data Cloud adoption.
