Technical Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead .NET Full Stack to lead development initiatives and guide a team of developers in building scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET technologies, backend architecture, and service integrations, along with the ability to mentor team members and drive technical excellence.

Team Lead Responsibilities:

Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.

Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

Working with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.

Experience in Migration projects. Good exposure in Java

Identifying risks and forming contingency plans in pro-active manner.

Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.

Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.

Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.

Team Lead skills and Requirements:

10 - 12+ years hands-on experience in software design and development, database design and development

Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, specifically: .NET/ASP.NET/MVC development, C#, SQL Server, Windows 2008/2012 server

Hands-on experience with web technologies including JSON/XML, RESTful and SOAP-based web services, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Experience with test driven development and proper unit testing of code

Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code

Iterative approach to development, using short development cycles and frequent builds

Object Oriented Programming / Object Oriented Design (OOP/OOD)

Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds

User authentication and authorization between multiple systems and servers

Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it (like Express, Angular, React)

knowledge of industry best practices regarding information security and defensive development
