6+ years in Technical Integrations, Product Implementation, or client-facing technical roles.

Strong expertise in monitoring & observability tools (Grafana, CloudWatch, MongoDB Atlas, APM,

log analysis tools).

Hands-on experience in Python for automation and client solutions

Proficient in REST APIs, Linux, Jenkins, GitHub, shell scripting, and AWS (certification is a plus).

Experience with multi-tenant systems, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, workflow automation and

integration pipelines

Excellent debugging, problem-solving skills and client communication skills; capable of managing

SLAs and escalations.

Be willing to travel up to 25% of the time to client site

What will you work on:

Own end-to-end client issue resolution across application, infrastructure, and database layers

Troubleshoot production issues using observability tools to identify root causes

Implement workflow integrations, deployments, and automation pipelines

Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Data Science teams for timely resolution

Mentor junior team members and drive operational excellence

Ensure SLA adherence, stakeholder communication, and issue closure

Solve technical challenges and client issues with hands-on investigation and client calls

Provide technical assistance and contribute to problem-solving during deployment and integration

phases
