Job Description:
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience.
- Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CG Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flow Builder.
- Experience with multi-vendor environments and cross-functional coordination.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Deployments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
- Maintain technical documentation, deployment plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between internal teams and external vendors.
- Review vendor deliverables, enforce coding standards, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Facilitate joint solutioning workshops, sprint planning, and technical reviews.
- Architect integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, DMS, CTI,CDP) using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and native connectors.
- Ensure platform scalability, data integrity, and performance optimization across all Salesforce clouds.
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solutioning, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Flow automation.
