JD for Salesforce technical lead:

Expertise in Apex coding, triggers. Lightening Web component. Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud configurations

Should be able to contribute in technical and solution design for the requirements.

Should be able to grab the business wishlist and features and build the User Stories as per requirements.

Should be able to lead a minimum team size of 4-5 developers, testers in terms of technical competency.

Experience band - 8+ years of total experience with minimum 6 years in Salesforce technologies.
