Role Description

This full-time, on-site role in South Delhi is for a Technical Lead specializing in Salesforce CRM (Sales, Service, Experience). The Technical Lead will oversee the analysis, design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions by managing projects, mentoring team members, and collaborating with stakeholders. Responsibilities include creating scalable solutions within Salesforce, integrating third-party platforms, maintaining system performance, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables. You will also establish best practices for Salesforce implementations and solution architecture while staying updated with evolving Salesforce technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop robust Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Triggers, and platform automation tools
  • Deliver end-to-end implementations across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including complex customizations and business logic
  • Build scalable and performant UI components using LWC, following Salesforce best practices
  • Implement and enhance Einstein AI features such as Einstein Lead & Opportunity Scoring, Case Classification, Next Best Action, and AI-driven insights
  • Work on Agentforce and AI-enabled service use cases to improve agent productivity and customer experience
  • Design and implement CTI and third-party integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and standard integration patterns
  • Configure and extend Service Console, Omni-Channel, Case Management, and automation workflows
  • Actively participate in CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps processes, including source-driven development, code reviews, and deployment automation using tools like GitHub, Salesforce DX, and release pipelines
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices related to security, sharing, governor limits, and performance
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
  • Support releases, deployments, and post-production stabilization
  • Review code, mentor junior developers, and help maintain high engineering standards

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Salesforce architecture, design, and development, including hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and debugging tools
  • Skills in Salesforce integrations, data modeling, API integrations (REST/SOAP), and middleware tools
  • Project management and team leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide other developers
  • Experience in designing and implementing scalable and optimized solutions with a focus on best practices and performance
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering clean, customer-focused solutions
  • Salesforce certifications are a significant advantage
  • Understanding of other platforms like Shopify and React JS as complementary ecosystems is a plus

Good to Have

  • Hands-on or conceptual exposure to Agentforce
  • Experience with Omni-Channel, Service Console, and Contact Center implementations
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I / II or Service Cloud Consultant
  • Experience handling large data volumes and performance optimization
