Job Title : Technical Lead - React JS

Job Purpose : We are looking for an experienced and passionate ReactJS Technical Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality web applications using ReactJS. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications using ReactJS.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
- Architect and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient front-end solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirement
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (8+ years) in front-end development with a strong focus on ReactJS.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Context API.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Mandatory
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Knowledge of back-end technologies (Node.js, Express, GraphQL).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
