Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to design, develop, and lead end-to-end Salesforce solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, architecture, and integrations, along with the ability to lead teams and deliver scalable, high-quality CRM solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other modules
• Architect scalable and secure solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal system performance
• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
• Manage deployments using CI/CD tools and Salesforce DevOps processes
• Ensure data security, compliance, and platform scalability
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure knowledge sharing

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–8 years of IT experience with strong Salesforce development background
• Hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (MuleSoft preferred)
• Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits
• Experience with SOQL/SOSL and performance optimization
• Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, SFDX, DevOps tools)
• Experience working with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Application/System Architect preferred)
• Experience with Experience Cloud, CPQ, or Marketing Cloud
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus
