About The Position
The Technical Lead provides oversight and leadership to an IT technical delivery team. This position supervises team members, identifies and manages skillsets within capacity of the team, and ensures successful delivery execution of assigned Agile epics. The position partners with business owner(s) to ensure technical considerations are appropriately prioritized for the team's digital products and business capabilities.
Role Overview
Responsible for packaging, testing, and deploying enterprise applications in compliance with Enterprise standards, ensuring secure and efficient delivery across environments.
Required Skills
- Proven 510 years of experience with Microsoft Intune and MECM for software deployment and management.
- Strong experience with application packaging technologies including MSI, EXE, and script-based installations.
- Strong PowerShell scripting for automation, troubleshooting, and deployment customization.
- Experience with Cloudpaging Studio, AdminStudio, and InstallShield for complex packaging scenarios.
- Familiarity with MSIX/AppX and modern packaging formats for Windows 10/11 environments.
- Experience with Windows OS and Active Directory for software distribution and configuration.
- Knowledge of VBScript or other scripting languages for legacy applications.
- Knowledge of vulnerability management and Evergreen app updates for security compliance.
- Ability to maintain audit-ready documentation and SLA adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Package applications using MSI, EXE, and script-based installations.
- Deploy software via Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
- Validate source files and deliver the packaged application with the required configurations.
- Document packaging steps and maintain compliance with SLAs and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with application owners and provide advanced troubleshooting support.

Demonstrated experience supporting complex application packaging & print solutions supporting global user base
Demonstrated ability to quickly gain knowledge in business domains, data, workflows and processes in which the application packaging solutions are being deployed and have good experience in working Vendor Partners to run the MSP to ensure that the SLA and KPI's are met.
Chevron ENGINE supports global operations, supporting business requirements across the world. Accordingly, the work hours for employees will be aligned to support business requirements. The standard work week will be Monday to Friday. Working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm or 1.30pm to 10.30pm.
