Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Technical Lead. The Technical Lead will oversee the development and delivery of technical projects, ensuring high-quality solutions are implemented effectively. Responsibilities include leading a team of developers, designing architecture, reviewing code, debugging, troubleshooting, and maintaining software applications and systems. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives while providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in JavaScript (Node.js, React or similar frameworks)
• Experience in systems architecture design, software development, and deployment
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Competency in team leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in an on-site setting in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in the gem or jewelry industry is a bonus
