Technical Lead, Payments Product Full Stack Engineering (Enterprise SaaS) - Hyderabad

This is a senior IC role — no people management, just deep technical ownership of our payments platform. You'll work across Product, Design, Quality, Platform, and Security to architect and build scalable, secure payment systems. You'll challenge existing patterns, mentor peers, and lead by example in the codebase.

What You'll Do

• Design and build payments features end-to-end, from architecture to production.
• Modernize and decompose large, complex codebases powering our payments stack.
• Promote best practices in performance, security, maintainability, and testability across teams.
• Stay current with .NET and modern web technologies.

Required

• Bachelor's in CS, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years in a Tech Lead or equivalent role.
• Strong .NET experience (Framework 4.6+ / .NET 6+)
• C#, MVC, HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
• Experience with C# testing frameworks.
• Azure SQL, Git.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms at scale; payments/fintech domain exposure a strong plus.

Preferred

• Payments domain experience (transactions, billing, gateways, compliance).
• Accessibility expertise.
• Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• CI/CD and DevOps principles
• Cloud platforms — Azure, AWS, or GCP.
