Technical Lead - Oracle DevOps Fusion

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Oracle Fusion technical solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Manage the deployment and continuous integration of applications in the Oracle Fusion environment.
• Manage End - End Instance Refresh / Cloning process.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the platform.
• Experience in remediating SOD Role and user Conflicts by working with the business and technical teams.
• Review Oracle fusion quarterly technical updates, understand, map to the business needs, test/ validate cross functional and deploy them upon business confirmation.
• Oracle product Quarterly upgrade regression testing activities
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior members of the team.
• Understanding of JCI IT General controls fulfilling IT Audit requirements for internal & external audits
• Automate manual functions to optimize the efficiencies
• Ensure best practices in DevOps methodologies are followed.
• Provide subject matter expertise on methodologies, tools, and techniques that will be useful to ERP program activities .

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Technical areas
• 2+ years of experience using GitHub deployment tool
• Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and practices.
• Experience with cloud services and automation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in Oracle technologies.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of additional Oracle products and services.
