We are looking for a React Lead with the following responsibilities:
- Strong experience in developing front-end dynamic web applications using React.js and its core principles.
- Should have experience in building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation, JavaScript object model, and ES6+ features.
- Responsible for the design and implementation of a seamless user interface, ensuring compatibility and performance across various web browsers.
- Work with other team members in Agile scrum teams to deliver high-quality features and improvements.
- Contribute to the design and architecture to enable secure, scalable, high-performance, and maintainable software.
- Ability to clearly articulate the implications of design/architectural decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Core/Must have skills:
- Expertise in React.js and related tools like Redux, React Router, and Webpack.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with front-end components.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
Good to have skills:
- Experience with any public cloud platforms like AWS, using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm framework.
- Should have 10+ years of software application development experience.
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
- Knowledge of performance testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
