Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our dynamic team in India. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features and enhancements.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing guidance to team members.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into development processes.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in software development and technical leadership.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
