Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead in Software Development with a strong focus on Java MicroServices Development. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leading software development projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and mentoring team members. This position requires a deep understanding of microservices architecture and the ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable applications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java-based microservices applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs in the application.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions to enhance system design.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes and improve CI/CD pipelines.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Java MicroServices Development.
• Proficient in RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud frameworks.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK Stack or Prometheus.
• Understanding of security best practices in software development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Java or microservices architecture are a plus.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a technical lead role.
