Technical Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of technical consultants and developers in the design and development of applications and products.
• Provide technical leadership in JAVA/JEE, architecture, design patterns, and Agile development practices.
• Drive API-first and event-driven architecture design approaches.
• Build, deploy, and maintain enterprise solutions in cloud or on-premise environments.
• Prepare, drive, and participate in technical and business discussions.
• Support Product Owners in requirements management and ensure clarity of input for cost estimation.
• Prepare schedules, work plans, and resource/sourcing plans for projects.
• Mentor and coach team members on technical topics, providing hands-on support as required.
• Interact with stakeholders at both technical and management levels.
• Develop and implement strategies aligned with international stakeholders and organizational goals.
