Job Description

Technical Lead - Lease Accounting | 7+ years | Bangalore Urban

  • Oversee lease accounting (ASC - 842) processes and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
  • Analyze lease agreements and provide accurate financial reporting (as per USGAAP and IFRS)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows.
  • Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Implement and maintain lease accounting tools and software.
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to lease operations.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial statements.

The Successful Applicant

Requirement for Technical Lead - Lease Accounting | 7+ years

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field - CA/CMA/CPA/MBA Finance
  • Atleast 5+ years of experience in lease accounting
  • Demonstrated expertise in lease accounting and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and practices.
  • Proficiency in financial tools and software.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
