Experience- 5- 15 Years.
Location- Pune Kalyani Nagar
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-fidelity models for electric motors and battery systems, capturing dynamic, thermal, and electrical characteristics.
- Design and simulate motor control algorithms such as Field-Oriented Control (FOC), sensorless control, and torque/speed regulation.
- Model battery behavior including State of Charge (SOC), State of Health (SOH), thermal dynamics, and degradation patterns.
- Integrate motor and battery models for system-level performance analysis under varying load and environmental conditions.
- Validate control strategies through virtual prototypes and refine models using experimental data.
- Optimize motor and battery control parameters for efficiency, thermal management, and durability.
- Knowledge of modeling product dynamics for torque load, vibration, and system interaction analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support embedded control implementation and product validation.
- Understanding of Embedded H/W and F/W design and implementation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in motor control theory, battery management systems (BMS), and system dynamics.
- Hands-on experience with modeling and simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink and Simscape Electrical.
- Knowledge of control algorithm development, power electronics, and real-time simulation (MIL/HIL).
- Ability to interpret experimental data and refine models for accuracy.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with sensorless motor control, advanced torque/speed control strategies, and battery thermal management.
- Familiarity with energy efficiency optimization, multi-domain integration, and durability analysis.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
