Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) LEAPP support.

Investigate and resolve upgrade failures during the RHEL LEAPP process.
Troubleshoot issues related to:
Ansible automation (playbooks, roles, workflows).
Pre- and post-upgrade tasks (agent installation, mount validation).
System configurations impacting upgrade success.
Identify root causes of automation failures (Ansible, Python scripts, shell scripts).
Validate post-upgrade system state (e.g., mounts, services, agents).
Collaborate with Level-1 engineers, providing guidance and escalation support.
Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to process improvements.
