| 1. Project Management & Execution | |
| Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure. | |
| Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets. | |
| Develop project roadmaps, sprint plans, and milestones. | |
| Monitor project risks, dependencies, and constraints, implementing mitigation strategies. | |
| 2. Technical Leadership | |
| Collaborate with Solution Architects, DevOps, and Cloud Engineers. | |
| Guide Kubernetes cluster setup, CI/CD, cloud deployments. | |
| Ensure best practices in network security, compliance, and infrastructure automation. | |
| Support integration of open-source tools for cloud and data pipeline solutions. | |
| 3. Agile & Stakeholder Coordination | |
| Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives). | |
| Work closely with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, DevOps, Security). | |
| Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. | |
| Report project progress using JIRA, Confluence, or project tracking tools. | |
| 4. Documentation & Reporting | |
| Prepare HLD, LLD, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides. | |
| Document risk analysis, lessons learned, and performance reviews. | |
| Maintain project dashboards, status reports, and stakeholder updates. |
