1. 10 or more years of Experience with .NET Framework, .Net Core
2. Hands-on experience in MVC, ASP.NET, .NET core, and Web API development
3. Knowledge of databases such as Sybase Or SQL Server
4. Familiarity with MongoDB, Elasticsearch (Kibana), and Redis
5. Experience with CI/CD pipelines
6. Proficiency in Git version control
7. Awareness in Angular is a plus
8. Experience with AI Assisted coding using GitHub Copilot / Claude Code / Windsurf
9. Familiarity with Spec Driven Development is a plus.
