Technical Lead

As a Technical Lead Specialist, you will play a key role in the development and management of Optical Network Management applications, ensuring seamless configuration, fault supervision, and performance monitoring. You will bring hands-on expertise in Core Java, Spring, Kafka, Zookeeper, Hibernate, and Python, along with strong knowledge of RDBMS, PL/SQL, Linux, Docker, and database concepts. Experience in continuous integration, agile practices, and UI technologies like React is highly desirable, while domain knowledge in OTN and Photonic Network Management will be a plus. You will lead end-to-end development activities including requirement analysis, design, coding, unit testing, and collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality solutions. A strong communicator with a passion for innovation, you will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating self-organization, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.

You have:

• Bachelors degree with 3-5 years of experience.
• Hands-on experience in CORE JAVA, Spring, Kafka, Zookeeper, Hibernate, and Python.
• Working knowledge of RDBMS, PL/SQL, Linux, Docker, and database concepts is required.
• Good at continuous integration and agile practices.
• Solid and well-balanced individual, capable of handling high-paced development activities.

It would be nice if you also had:

• Exposure to UI technologies like React is desirable.
• Domain knowledge in OTN and Photonic network management is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in development activities such as requirement analysis, design, coding, and unit testing.
• Optics Network applications provide users with control over the network, including configuration (infrastructure, end-to-end services), fault supervision, and performance monitoring.
• Network management of Optics Division products, including Photonic/WDM, Optical Transport, and SDH/SONET.
• Applications interface with various network elements, provide a user-friendly graphical interface, and implement algorithms and functions to facilitate network management and reduce OPEX.
• Optics applications are deployed worldwide in hundreds of installations, ranging from large enterprises to small businesses.
• Will be part of the development team and contribute to new developments and application maintenance to enhance functionality and customer satisfaction.
