Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow IRM Developer to join our Enterprise Risk Technology team within a leading global financial institution. The successful candidate will design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC) solutions focused on Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk, Compliance, Controls, and Audit capabilities.

This role requires strong hands-on ServiceNow development expertise combined with deep understanding of banking risk and regulatory environments. The developer will collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Audit, Cyber Security, and Technology stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure IRM solutions aligned with enterprise governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow IRM/GRC applications and workflows
• Implement and enhance modules including:
• Enterprise Risk Management
• Policy & Compliance Management
• Operational Risk Management
• Vendor / Third-Party Risk Management
• Audit Management
• Business Continuity Management
• Build and maintain:
• Business Rules
• Script Includes
• UI Policies
• Client Scripts
• Flow Designer workflows
• Catalog Items
• ACLs and security controls
• Develop custom applications and scoped solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Configure risk scoring methodologies, control frameworks, issue management, attestations, and assessment workflows
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and event-driven integrations
• Support CMDB/CSDM alignment and data governance initiatives
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting for Risk and Compliance leadership
• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and platform governance processes
• Ensure solutions comply with banking regulatory standards and internal security controls
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum delivery teams and participate in sprint ceremonies
• Support production releases, defect remediation, and platform upgrades
