Job Summary
We are looking for an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant / Associate Lead with hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM / Oracle EBS HCM technical development and integration activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in reporting, integrations, data migration, and technical customizations, along with the ability to support end-to-end project delivery.
The role requires close collaboration with functional consultants, business users, and technical teams to build scalable and efficient HCM technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Development
- Develop and support Oracle HCM technical components including:
- HCM Extracts
- BI / Reporting solutions
- OTBI Analytics
- Fast Formulas
- Build custom technical solutions based on business requirements
- Support technical enhancements, validations, and automation requirements
Integrations & Interfaces
- Work on inbound and outbound integrations using:
- Oracle Integration platforms
- REST / SOAP APIs
- File-based integrations and secure data exchange
- Develop, test, and deploy integrations between Oracle HCM and external applications
- Support interface monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Data Migration & Conversion
- Support data migration and conversion activities using Oracle HCM data loading utilities
- Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of migrated data during implementation and support projects
Implementation & Testing Support
- Participate in Oracle HCM implementation, rollout, and support engagements
- Support project phases including:
- CRP
- SIT
- UAT
- Go-Live
- Coordinate with functional teams to convert business requirements into technical deliverables
- Perform unit testing and support issue resolution during testing cycles
Documentation & Quality Standards
- Prepare technical design and support documentation
- Maintain coding standards, version control, and deployment processes
- Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables aligned with project standards
Collaboration & Team Contribution
- Work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams
- Participate in technical discussions, solution reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Support senior architects and leads in project delivery activities
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Oracle HCM technical consulting
- Hands-on experience in:
- HCM Extracts
- BI / OTBI Reporting
- Fast Formulas
- Integrations and APIs
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM (preferred) / Oracle EBS HCM
- Exposure to data migration, integrations, and reporting solutions
- Good understanding of HCM business processes and technical architecture
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Experience in implementation or support projects preferred
