Role/ Job Title: Technology Lead

Work Location: Hyderabad

Job Purpose

The role holder will play a critical role in managing and leading the engineering innovation and growth of our front-end customer facing web and mobile platforms. This role acts as a technical leader, mentor and internal subject matter expert for the teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Understand the business priorities and requirements; architect/develop solutions to meet the business need and lead execution.
  • Providing support, guidance and collaborating with Developers / Engineers to implement application design, and review developer & work to ensure correct implementation.
  • Work closely with the head of Engineering to ensure lay out strategies on technical deployment and bring them into production with the developer teams.
  • The roles is a subject matter expert and mentor on Golang
  • Work closely in a highly AGILE environment with a team of developers and engineering managers
  • Understand the full feature set/ implementation and architecture of the applications.
  • Provide technical expertise for every phase of the project lifecycle, from concept development to solution design, implementation, optimization and support.
  • Act as an Interface with business teams to understand and create technology specifications for workable solutions within the project.
  • Make performance related recommendations, and identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks (hardware, software, configuration); drive performance tuning, re-design and re-factoring.
  • Lead and participate in the software development lifecycle, which includes research, new development, modification, security, reuse, re-engineering and maintenance of common component libraries.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of Security, Logging, Auditing, Policy Management and Performance Monitoring and KPI for end-to-end process execution
  • Provide status updates and reporting metrics to the program leadership and contribute towards on-time and on-budget delivery

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities

  • Delegating tasks to appropriate team members and successfully project managing campaigns at all stages
  • Taking responsibility for all development work and ownership of thorough quality control
  • Mentor junior developers and help them grow their skillsets

Key Success Metrics

  • Deliver & effectively track all the deliverables
  • Timely and proper tracking
  • Design and implementation of appropriate metrics

Education Qualification

  • Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)
  • Post-Graduation: Master of Science (M.Sc) /Master of Technology (M.Tech) / Master of Computer Applications (MCA)

Experience: 8+ Years
