Job Description – Tech Lead - Java /Golang

Location: Bangalore

Role: 70% Hands-on | 30% Leadership

Job Purpose

To drive the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance backend systems by leveraging strong expertise in Java / Golang, while integrating AI-driven solutions and intelligent automation where applicable. The role also involves providing technical leadership, ensuring code quality, and mentoring team members in a predominantly hands-on IC capacity.

Role Summary

Looking for a hands-on Tech Lead with strong expertise in Java / Golang to build scalable systems, drive architecture, and mentor engineers in an IC capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend systems & microservices
• Write high-quality code in Java /Golang
• Lead system design and architecture decisions
• Mentor team members and drive best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Own end-to-end delivery and production stability

Requirements

• 9+ years in backend development
• Strong in Java (Spring Boot) & Golang
• Experience in microservices, distributed systems
• Hands-on with Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes
• Good knowledge of DBs (SQL/NoSQL), APIs, CI/CD

Key Note

• IC role (70% coding)
• Must be currently hands-on
