Job Description

CRM Lead Developer

Years of Experience: 8-10 Years

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled CRM Lead Developer to join our CRMWS team. The ideal candidate will possess 6-12 years of hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and MS Power Automate, along with a strong background in C#, ASP.NET, and custom API development. This role requires a developer who is comfortable working in a plug-in, XRM script-heavy environment and can contribute to both configuration and custom development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Work extensively on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Sales and Service modules, including customization, configuration, and enhancement.
  • Design, develop, and maintain MS Power Automate flows to streamline business processes and automation.
  • Develop and customize CRM components using Javascript, plugins (C#), and workflows.
  • Perform Integrations with external systems to ensure seamless data exchange.
  • Execute and support Migration activities, including data mapping, transformation, and validation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM functionality and integrations.
  • Ensure best practices in development and deployment are followed. Experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) is an additional benefit, as the candidate should be able to handle end-to-end delivery, including testing.

    • Mandatory Skills:

    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience (D365) - essential
    • Microsoft Power Platform: Power apps, MS Power Automate
    • C#, .net, ASP.NET MVC 4+, ASP.NET Web Api
    • Javascript for client-side scripting in CRM
    • Microservices

    Preferred Skills:

    • TIBCO Cloud MDM
    • Experience with Migration and integration processes
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
    • Proven experience in CRM development and customization
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
