As a Technical Lead - Java React, you will be a part of an Agile team to design and build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.
Responsibilities: -
- Responsible for designing and developing applications on Java, Spring Boot.
- Should be able to develop using React.Js, JavaScript.
- Deliver customer value by providing high-quality software components and services
- Foster self-organization within the team, and collaborate with peers to enhance team functionality.
- Actively participate in Scrum meetings, including daily standup meetings, sprint planning, readouts, and retrospectives.
- Follow the Definition of Done (DOD) as part of the sprint, including unit tests, functional testing, code reviews, bug fixes, and documentation.
- Take ownership of the team's deliverables post-release.
Educational Qualifications:
- Engineering Degree - BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
