About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team in Bangalore and Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in leading development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage technology in projects and provide technical guidance or solutions for work completion.
- Ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions or reviews as a technical consultant.
- Develop and guide team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
- Prepare and submit status reports to minimize exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
- Define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a technical lead role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PHP.
- Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot or Express.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Understanding of software development principles and design patterns.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in backend programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, PHP).
