Technical Lead

What will be needed;
- a passionate technology practitioner, who is self taught or with bachelors/masters degree in Computer Science or related field
- 9+years and above of relevant industry experience with a demonstrable showcase of building performant and scalable B2B and B2C software products
- lead and participate in software architecture, automation, and implementation activities, ensuring successful outcomes and all requirements met
- team management, monitoring, reporting, and proper and timely project execution
- assist in task planning, estimation, scheduling and staffing monitor workflow and risks; play a leadership role in mitigating risks and removing obstacles
- mentor junior and mid-level engineers
- stay on the leading edge of development practices. Initiate and execute research and proof-of-concept activities for new technologies
- open minded to take up any challenge, research, and provide solutions
- scale the engineering team by active involvement in interviewing, recruiting, and hiring activities
- a good listener, receptive to feedback, and clear in articulating the impact of engineering outcomes in verbal and visual presentation
- collaborate with product and design teams for an accurate implementation of the envisioned ideas keeping in mind industry best practices for performance, scalability, adaptability, and accessibility
- proficient in developing experiences for multiple platforms (desktop, web, mobile)excellent JavaScript / Typescript skills
- strong proficiency in JS Framework (React, Vue, or/and Angular)
- proficiency in Backed Technologies (Python, Django, Fast API) Node JS
- Must have the basic knowledge of Cloud ( AWS, Azure, GCP)
- good HTML5 / CSS3 skills with expertise on responsive UI development
- development experience in Micro services using Node.js and TypeScript is plus
- experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, mongoose, aggregation framework, and Redis is plus
- knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git.
- familiar with SDLC methodologies like SCRUM, AGILE
- be conversant with the digital product industry landscape, the experience technology
- trends and its mindful application in your product engineering solutions
- have the ability to seamlessly work from remote locations, and with remote cross-
- functional teams, in an agile environment
- excellent communication, teamwork, and inter-personal skills
- active interest and demonstrated experience in thought leadership (events, conferences, webinars, papers, blogs, etc.) will be a big plus.
