Technical Lead

• Understand the business complexity and quickly turn around with solutions for a scenario.
• Actively participate with technical delivery teams and contribute to code reviews, architecture reviews, and design discussions.
• Assist to address problems by coordinating with different teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the team and provide Technical Solutions.
• Should be able to pick up the complex modules or innovative technologies and provide the framework or skeleton working prototype for developers.
• Sound experience or knowledge on estimation techniques.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate should be from Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent streams (BE/ MTech/MCA/MSc).
• Overall experience 10 + years in IT Industry.
• Developing high-quality and detailed designs, coding.
• Technologies: Java/J2EE, Spring Core Framework, Sprint boot, REST API, Web Services, SQL Server, MongoDB, HTML5, CSS3, JAVA Scripts, Web/Application Server, Kubernetes, Kafka, or similar technologies.
• Research overall IT solutions on the market for technical requirements and business needs and implement the solutions.
• Good in design patterns, able to review the code and provide the recommendations on coding style, secure coding practice and best practices.
• Based on the requirements, should be able to quickly produce proof of concepts for critical modules/new frameworks
• Plan, Design, and create solutions for the complex business modules/scenario s by working with Tech Arch
• Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure components.
• Should have decent experience in Cloud hosting platform, Azure, or AWS.
• Good knowledge on technologies like Digital Marketing, Big Data, Analytics, CRM, Facial Recognition, AI/ML, IoT.
• Good to have experience in Security & Compliance Guidelines.
• Address technical concerns or issues, provide ideas, and suggestions.
• Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals.
• Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
