Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead who will be responsible for leading the development team, architecting scalable solutions, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise along with leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor backend and frontend development teams
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems
- Drive end-to-end product development lifecycle
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Business teams
- Ensure code quality, security standards, and best practices
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance
- Manage deployments, releases, and performance monitoring
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks
- Ensure adherence to timelines and delivery commitments
Technical Skills Required
- Strong experience in backend development (Node.js / Java / Python / PHP as applicable)
- Experience with frontend frameworks (React / Angular / Vue preferred)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microservices architecture
- Experience with Database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines & DevOps practices
- Understanding of security standards, especially in fintech domain
- Familiarity with payment gateway integrations / fintech systems (preferred)
