Key Responsibilities

Own and designend-to-end SaaS architecture
LeadGolang backend microservices
DriveFlutter frontend development(Web & Mobile)
Write clean, scalable, and high-performance code
Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews
Ensure system scalability, performance, and security
Collaborate with product and design teams
Oversee CI/CD pipelines and production deployments

Mandatory Requirements

7+ yearsof total software development experience
23 yearsin aSenior / Technical Lead role(Mandatory)
3+ years of strong hands-on Golang experience(Mandatory)
Strong experience inFlutter & Dart
Experience working onSaaS-based products
Solid understanding ofmicroservices architecture

Technical Skills

Backend:Golang, Microservices, REST / gRPC
Frontend:Flutter (BLoC / Riverpod / Provider)
Databases:PostgreSQL / MySQL, NoSQL
Cloud & DevOps:Docker, Kubernetes, AWS / GCP / Azure

Nice to Have

gRPC & Protocol Buffers
Event-driven architecture (Kafka / RabbitMQ)
Clean or Hexagonal Architecture
